For people who know they should exercise but can’t get themselves to do it.
Finally – A way to get active that feels good from day one.
No gym. No rules. Nothing unpleasant.

Hi, I’m Alice Greene
I avoided exercise for 20 years.
Here’s what finally changed everything
Not a gym program. Not a fitness challenge.
Something completely different.
And it worked when nothing else did.
I didn’t like exercise, didn’t want to do it, felt like a failure each time I stopped, and didn’t try again for months or even years. Then I tried it my way without any rules and for the first time I actually stuck with it. That was 25 years ago and I haven’t stopped since.
If you’ve ever told yourself ‘I’ll start Monday’
- and Monday never comes...
then you know exactly what it’s like. Here’s what I discovered…
There is nothing wrong with me - or with you
IT'S TIME TO RETHINK
EXERCISE
You already know you should exercise, and maybe you even want to.
So why is it so hard to do? The answer isn’t so obvious.
This is the question I spent years pondering. And the answer, when I finally found it, surprised me completely. It had almost nothing to do with willpower or discipline. It had everything to do with the way we’ve been taught to think about exercise and the way exercise programs are designed — and how that approach isn’t working for so many of us.
Do you know most adults are struggling with this issue? You aren’t alone or the problem
Here's a startling truth...
The fitness industry designs its programs for people who are motivated to reach specific fitness goals or enjoy working out. For everyone else – those programs and guidelines are not going to work. And they don’t.
You know moving more would help. Your energy, your aches & pains, your mood, your sleep, stress, your health - you know what inactivity is costing you. But knowing that hasn't been enough to change anything. And underneath all of it is a hidden worry:
What if I can’t ever get myself to exercise? How will I improve my situation if I can’t get myself to do this? Or do you look away instead and put it off?
You quit because the programs failed you!
Not because you failed the programs.
We need something completely different
that the fitness industry and exercise requirements aren’t designed to provide.

Me Before
Me After
I’ve been a Healthy Lifestyle Coach for 22 years. I know from my own personal experience, as well as my clients, the best way to get moving and be active regularly that is enjoyable, motivating, safe to do, and feels really good from day one.
I hated exercise as a child and avoided it most of my life. I was uncoordinated, overweight and awkward, and gym class was often humiliating. I dreaded the idea of exercise.
But a mid-life chronic illness and significant weight gain led to a wake-up call I couldn’t ignore. I was determined to find a way to exercise regularly and I did - on my own terms.
It’s been more than 25 years of sticking with it.

My client Cheryl started the program with neurological issues that made even standing a while challenging. Her first week's goal was one minute of activity. Just one minute.
“I have a neurological disorder that has made exercise very difficult. I’m amazed! I got well, healthy and fit for the first time in my life. I am now comfortable in my body, pain free, and gained enormous self-confidence. I started off doing 2-3 minutes of an activity a few times a week and building up my strength and stamina. In a few months I was doing 30+ minutes at a time and feeling so much better. I had days I resisted it, but most days I found it rewarding enough to just do it. And in time it became a part of my lifestyle and something I enjoy, while adding in more physical activities.” - Cheryl Morris
She started where she was and built from there, letting each small success show her what was next and what was possible.
That’s what this program is designed to do for you.

More success stories from some of my other clients...
Heather discovered she wants
an active lifestyle and now
has an easy way to stick with it
“Everyone should have an Alice in their life. Before working with her, exercise was all or nothing for me and I didn’t know how to set realistic goals or get back on track when I got derailed. She taught me a whole new way of thinking about exercise that enables me to be successful and that feels really good to do. So now I want to exercise regularly, and I have an easy way to stick with it even when I can’t always be consistent or I don’t have lots of time, instead of feeling like I have to do a certain amount or start all over again.” - Heather Hanson
“Alice has changed the way I look at exercise. Instead of dreading it, I’ve found things I like to do, and I’m learning how to stop feeling like whatever activity I choose is not enough to make a difference. I now understand how I have sabotaged myself and what helps me be active in a way that feels more enjoyable and positive.” - Lisa Wagner
Lisa tried an activity
she didn't think counted
for exercise and loved it
Maureen changed the way she looked at exercise and herself, and then felt empowered and excited to be active
“Who could imagine that something as simple as changing one’s mindset could have such a profound impact? I used to think I was weak and had no willpower; now I feel truly empowered to make choices that work for me. I’m more active (and more consistent) than I’ve been in months. Rather than focusing on losing weight, I’ve been focused on living better, and that’s really made a big difference in the quality of my life. It’s pretty exciting.” - Maureen Wiley
“This program freed me from having to go to a gym or follow a structured fitness program, which I know I wouldn’t have stuck with. Instead of being told what to do, I got to decide what type of exercise I wanted to do and to set my own pace and goals. I learned that doing something is better than nothing, so even when I don’t have much time or don’t get to my walks most days of the week, that a short walk or picking my routine back up the next week is enough to keep me fit and on track. It’s now become a part of my life, and it feels great. - Ken Manson
Ken thrived with the freedom to make his own choices and goals, and didn't beat himself up when he couldn't do as planned
Laurie struggled to exercise consistently and was amazed to find a way to make being active a lifestyle choice she enjoyed
“Alice has changed my entire attitude about exercising, and now I am finding it so much easier to do! I’ve always wanted to be active every day, but I just couldn’t get myself to stick with that goal. Alice helped me see that there were always good reasons when I didn’t go as planned, and usually they weren’t even the reasons I was telling myself. Once I knew the real reasons, I could easily see what would work better for me. She also helped me see that many activities count as exercise, so I don’t have to be so rigid in my thinking. What a difference this has made. I am now active just about every day because I want to be, not because I must, and I love how great this feels and how the weight is coming off more easily!!” - Laurie Schultz

I became a Healthy Lifestyle Coach because I wished a program like this existed when I needed it.
I formed my own path to get myself into shape and create an active lifestyle, and I loved how it changed my body, health, confidence and self-image.
I got certified as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Wellness Coach, Intuitive/Emotional Eating Coach and personal trainer. In my 22 years coaching, I saw the similarities between emotional eating and exercise resistance. That led to eating and exercise counseling as part of my coaching practice. And that is the basis of this program.
Questions you might have...
What if I buy this and still don't follow through?
This is an understandable concern, and this program is designed for people with a history of starting and stopping. The program goes at your pace, so there is no falling behind. And there is a session dedicated to derailments like this. You don’t have to be someone who finishes, but you do have to start. I suggest you to set an intention to show up and put it on your calendar once a week, so you can check in for encouragement and get help from the sessions to keep going. I may even consider offering weekly live group sessions if enough people want that.
I'm really out of shape. Is it something I can really do?
Yes, absolutely. The program doesn’t ask you to physically do what you can’t already do. There are no exercises you need to do. No fitness standards to meet. Like my client Cheryl, with neurological issues that made standing and walking difficult, she started off doing one minute of activity and by the end of one year was taking long walks and even added in video dance classes. She started with what she could do. You are never pressured to do more than that.
I've tried other programs. What makes this any different?
Most programs are designed with specific routines, equipment, goals, structure and compliance. None of that is part of this program. There are no strict rules, specific exercises or pre-set goals. This program has a flexible structure, designed specifically to fit your life, choices and abilities. More importantly it addresses the real reason you struggle with exercise – the history of stopping, the quiet self-criticism, the rules you’ve absorbed over the decades, the way you think and feel about exercise. No other program I know of addresses these directly, where as this program is built around it. The focus is more on what is motivating, inspiring and feels good to get and keep moving, than it is on reaching rigid exercise goals. You will feel better, move more easily and become more confident, because the program is based on understanding yourself and what works for you.
What if I don't have any exercise equipment or can't easily exercise outdoors?
This program works with or without those options. You can easily do other things indoors to be active and get your body moving. You will be given suggestions to pick something that you can do that will work and feel good to you.
I want to lose weight. How much can I lose doing this program?
Many people lose weight when they are active regularly, but how much depends on the amount and intensity of their activity, what they eat, and other factors beyond what this program addresses. So I can’t promise weight loss in 9 weeks, but I do know that being active regularly is a key factor to losing weight and keeping it off long-term. Many of my clients have done just that.
Do I need my doctor's approval before starting?
If you have heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, chronic pain or been completely sedentary for an extended period, I do recommend checking with your doctor before increasing your physical activity – not because this program is demanding, but because knowing your own safe limits will help you move with confidence rather than anxiety. This program is designed to start where you are at, without exceeding your abilities or creating discomfort. You are only encouraged to do what feels good, and if it doesn’t feel good then stop doing it.
If you've read this far, something in you is ready.
Maybe not fully ready. Maybe still a little skeptical, a little cautious, carrying the memory of times you've tried before and it hasn't worked. I understand that. I carried the same thing for twenty years before I figured this out.
But you're here. And that tells me something. It tells me that the part of you that wants to feel better - that wants more energy, less stress, fewer aches, more confidence in your own body, more freedom to do the things you love for as long as you possibly can - that part hasn't given up. It just needs a different way in.
That's what this program is. Not another set of rules. Not another fitness challenge. Not another thing to feel guilty about when life gets complicated.
Just a gentler, smarter, more honest way of becoming active — on your terms, at your pace, in a way that actually feels good right from the start.
I’d like to show you how that’s possible.
“This approach is nothing like any other type of exercise program I’ve ever done, and it’s so empowering and refreshing. I just love it. Alice gave me the structure, guidance and freedom to make choices that really work for me. It wasn’t about tracking everything or being told what I should or shouldn’t do, which has never really worked for me. Instead, I learned the fundamentals, to pay attention to what my body needs, and how to create strategies to support myself day-to-day. My whole perspective has changed, and now I feel confident, in control, and self-motivated. Alice made it really easy to be successful and maintain that success. Now I focus on what feels good and look for opportunities to keep that great feeling.”
